Lessons in Small Batches
While most drum institutes in Mumbai offer lessons in larger groups, we offer lessons either on a one-on-one or two-on-one (2 students, 1 teacher) basis, because we feel students learn best in a smaller and quieter environment. This form of drum classes ultimately aids in the student learning more from each session, and also helps students and teacher develop a close knit bond.

All students are provided with an individual drum kit for the entirety of the lesson.
Practice Space
We strive to be the best drum classes in Mumbai, hence we understand that practice is the next most integral aspect of every musicians journey, hence we offer all our students time to practice at the school. Students therefore need not worry about purchasing a drum kit personally, and can practice their chosen drum courses by themselves. (All students can opt to choose boards from one of the 3 leading international music courses we offer).

Practice sessions are provided at no extra cost.
Online Drum Lessons
Aside from in-person sessions, we also provide Drum Lessons to students online. This turns out to be highly beneficial for students who would want to start classes with us but aren't from the same vicinity.

Our online drum classes are perfect for students of all ages, be it kids, teenagers or adults and covers all students of all levels, be it a beginner, intermediate or advance.
​
All our online drum classes are conducted in one-on-one batches, ensuring every student is given the utmost attention.
​

International Curicullum
Aside from learning music theory, notations and techniques, we also offer students the option to choose from the top 3 International Music Board Curriculum's. Students can opt to choose either Rockschool, Trinity Guildhall or Trinity Rock & Pop. Students can feel free to switch boards as and when they feel necessary.

We also encourage students to learn songs of their choice, so they are not only focusing on their grades, but also working on their ear training, through songs of their choice.

Drum Sponsorships
Once students have a fair number of drum classes, and hours perfecting their skills, we encourage them to participate in shows and concerts, as this helps the student gain self confidence, something which no number of drum lessons can fully provide. It also acts as a medium for self expression amongst other valuable skills.
Hence, we at Bombay Drum School, sponsor drums for shows/events where our students are participating for no charge, or a nominal fee, within Mumbai.
Recording Opportunity
To learn drums from the best teachers is one thing, but performing and recording drums is another. Equipped with instruments of the highest standards available in the market for quality drum lessons, Bombay Drum School is also equipped with the latest gear in audio and video recording, enabling us to make high quality videos of our students, performing along to their favorite songs and artists.

All student recordings are done free of charge and published online for students to share.

Drum Workshops
Aside from having a qualified drum teaching staff, we feel it is necessary for students to dig further deep, and understand concepts and theories first hand, from working musicians, in the industry.
Hence, we often organize workshops and expert drum lessons & classes for students, led by qualified drum teachers, professionals & industry experts. This helps students to understand and learn drums from perspectives of different professionals.
